MOOREDALE SC, RDP TRIAL PROCESS:

Proof of vaccination as per government of Canada QR CODE, will be required upon entering the facility

Once the waiver form has been signed you will email to Martine Eleuteri,Soccer & Sports Manager at meleuteri@mooredale.on.ca

It is recommended that the player attends at least 3 sessions.  The Mooredale SC will NOT be charging a fee to attend these trials.

Scheduling of the tryout dates will be processed by the Sports & Soccer Club Technical Director Sam Medeiros.  If you require further information regarding the tryout process and evaluation, email Sam  at smedeiros@mooredale.on.ca.
