We are excited to announce that we will be running four age divisions for the upcoming 2020 Spring Flag Football season U10, U12, U14 and U16! All sessions run at De La Salle College's turf field.

 Combine Day


Combine Day provides our technical staff with the opportunity to assess the players in the league, so we can create player ratings.  These ratings are for our internal use only - which we use to try and create balanced divisions so games can be competitive for everyone.  We encourage all players - whether new to the league or returning - to attend Combine Day so we can have a good picture of the divisions before we begin the rostering process.

2020 Spring Combine Day schedule:

U10 12:00 - 1:00pm
U12 1:00 - 2:00pm
U14 2:00 - 3:00pm
U16 4:00 – 5:00pm




Technical Staff / Referees

Our Flag Football Technical Staff members bring with them a great deal of experience in the sport.  Many participate in leagues run through their university or participated in them in the past, and some are Mooredale Flag Football alumni!

Our Technical Staff members will serve as referees during the games.  

Volunteer Coaches

Our volunteer coaches are an integral part of our Flag Football program, and we are always looking for more individuals to help us out.  If you're interested in coaching in the league this season, be sure to select the option when registering your child, or contact us at sports@mooredale.on.ca

Please note: unless we are provided with a copy of a medical note (which prevents your child from participating in all sport activities) there will be no refunds past the March 29th (Spring Season) or September 1st (Fall Season) deadline.

All cancellations and requests prior to the March 29th (Spring Season) September 1st (Fall Season) deadline for reimbursement are subject to a $50 admin fee.


Required Equipment

  • Mouth guard
  • Cleats (Soccer cleats are fine, but NO METAL STUDS)
  • Flags are provided by Mooredale for use at the games
